TRTP – A Game Changer

Like many people I know, I have struggled to address childhood trauma for years. If someone told me 4 weeks ago how different my life would be because of the TRTP treatment and counselling provided by Steve Gardiner, I would not believe them.

How could Steve do in 3 working sessions (plus 1 introductory meeting) what 20+ years of counselling failed to do?

I was trying to describe what my life and mind felt like before TRTP. Looking back, it’s as if my mind was littered with culverts that would erupt with no warning or justification, mood swings, anger, rage, and sadness. It made being around me difficult.
It made being me even more so because I saw it but couldn’t get a handle on it.

Now, the culverts are sealed off, and I have a sense of balance that feels as foreign as it feels comforting. I look forward to settling into this new reality.

TRTP is a game changer. Truly.
Steve was a fantastic guide during this process.

Trauma Resolved

Hi Stephen, It’s been a few months since I saw you and completed your course. It was very interesting for me to actually find out where the main things that caused my trauma. Now that I understand, I have been able to work on them and move forward with my life. I’ve had new challenges thrown at me but had no anxiety over dealing with them because of the positive thoughts you gave me – they came back to mind, and I reaffirmed I can deal with them. I am now very excited about the new opportunities that have come into my life. I have at least 3 projects that I’m working on which are all progressing well. Thank you
